Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your RapidArtz purchase. This policy explains how to cancel an order, return an item, or report a problem.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For standard, non-personalised products bought online, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send them back.

This includes changing your mind or choosing the wrong size or colour, and applies to discounted items.

Email support@rapidartz.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. You do not need to wait for approval to exercise your cancellation rights.

You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop. We may deduct an amount for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and fit.

Return Postage

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning change-of-mind items. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, we will cover any necessary reasonable return postage.

To arrange a return, email support@rapidartz.com. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Email us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if available.

We will arrange the appropriate refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights. Reporting a fault more than 30 days after delivery does not automatically remove those rights.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

When you cancel your whole order, we also refund any standard outbound delivery charge you paid. Any extra charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Exchanges

For a different size, colour, or design, please return the original item under the cancellation process and place a new order.

This does not affect your rights to remedies for faulty or incorrect goods.

Personalised Products

Items genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Printing one of our standard catalogue designs after ordering does not, by itself, create this exclusion.

Faulty-item rights still apply to personalised products.
