Overview

All RapidArtz products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. This means each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect colour selection.

This policy complies with UK consumer law and Print-on-Demand best practices.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or issue replacements if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged on arrival
  • The item was printed incorrectly
  • The item received is different from what was ordered

Any issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds and Returns

The following are not eligible:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Colour differences due to screen settings
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after washing or use

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

Refunds

Approved refunds will:

  • Be issued to the original payment method
  • Typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
  • Exclude original shipping costs

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items and will be for the same product only.

Returns Shipping

  • Please do not return items without contacting us first
  • In most approved cases, you will not need to send the item back
  • If a return is required, instructions will be provided by email

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
